Learning from stakeholders, understanding and managing their priorities (sometimes competing), and bringing everyone along are as essential to succesful projects as the research and design themselves.
Get to know individuals
Everyone has preferences and quirks. I get to know them, so I can be effective when planning, running, and communicating during projects. Listening and “reading the room” are key.

Answer basic questions, then align
